‘This day sucks already, can it end?’ Many of us have these days and while I get that life happens, does it happen all week long. Or for an entire month or are we just our here putting it on life when we can change a thing or two. Yes, I am here to tell you why most of your days SUCK!

  • YOU WAKE UP WITH ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE IT OUT THE DOOR TO MAKE IT IN TIME FOR THE TIME.

You are guilty huh, I see it in your eyes! Work starts at 8 and you calculate your time so you wake up as late as possible. You doing it all wrong!

You need to give yourself the space to enjoy the morning. It sets the mood for the rest of the day. Trust me!

  • YOU DON’T MAKE TIME FOR THE ONE OR TWO THINGS THAT ENERGIZE YOU.

Different folk, different strokes, right? For some a good 30 minutes of meditating does it for them and for some its exercise, reading or prayer. Whichever it is, make time for it.

Let it be your routine. It helps to ground you and I tell you what, your days will be a whole lot better!

  • YOU DON’T GET ENOUGH SLEEP.

Tick tock tick tock. Lack of sleep has been linked to chronic diseases, so why are we out here taking risks. Your body needs 7-9hrs of sleep and we here running on 4hrs of sleep.

Don’t let ambition be the reason for a short life. Quality sleep = maximum performance!

  • YOU DON’T PLAN YOUR DAY.

Hey, there random Jumbo! Yes, I am talking to you. You are exhausted at 8:30 because you are trying to wrap your head around the million things that need to be done.

Work with to-do lists and schedules for your day. This way you get things done a whole lot better. And your mind knows to focus on whatever you have set yourself to do at that particular time.
