“Touch my body, put me on the floor
Wrestle me around, play with me some more
Touch my body, throw me on the bed
I just wanna make you feel, like you never did.
Touch my body, let me wrap my thighs
All around your waist, just a little taste
Touch my body, know you like my curves
Come on and give me what I deserve, and touch my body.”

This was the first song that popped into my head when I looked at this topic. I mean, it fits just fine right here. For many they think this love language is based on sex only, errrmmm pause! Holding hands, kissing, a hug all count. Knowing the difference between an explicit touch and an implicit touch plays a role in loving your partner right. Foreplay is counted as explicit as it may result in some freaky time, whilst an implicit requires just a moment, a hug as you say goodbye is enough.

of

    love…

However the important thing to remember is that touch can communicate love or hate so you need to be careful. A soft touch often communicates love, stroking your person’s hand, placing your hand on their thigh or shoulder and rubbing it. A kiss on the neck or forehead, communicates love. A slap on the face or grabbing their hand violently sends signals of hate.

The touch that makes you feel loved may not be one that makes your partner feel loved. It is very easy to do to them what you want done to you. It is important to have a conversation and find out how your partner likes to be touched and WHERE they like to be touched. Do not be found pasting your hands in the wrong places just because, you know.

In times of a tragedy or a loss, words may mean very little to your partner. Holding them in silence is probably enough for them. Let them cry on your shoulder, literally, hold their hand through it all.

GIFT IDEAS

  1. A massage.
  2. Sex, just be creative with it alright?
  3. Dancing class, learn something that has your bodies close to each other.
  4. Cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie.

I know people feel like gifting is the easier of them all but I really think physical touch is the easiest. What do you think? CIAO!
